Well, Fukurou needs a site that I'm going to participate in, and I'm probably not gonna hang around much at a site that's just about jizzy coding. As for Reggie, he just didn't feel like doing all the legwork of promoting a site and whatnot, which a site leader would be called upon to do. Although, maybe if the responsibility had been thrust upon him (e.g. if I'd drafted him to run YellowBunny), he would've risen to the occasion.
