Most People think Making a Party is Just Advertising and Getting Members.

Well its deeper then that.

Everyone knows of investing in stocks.
But What if There is a system where People Invest in a Organization in Exchange of Recurring money.

In Order to do this there would have to be some sort of income made by the People at the Bottom.

Example:

Leader:1
Cabinet:2
Representatives:3
Conscripted:4.
Premium Member:5

Now Lets say This is a Political Movement. In This Capitalistic Society Everyone Worships Money. What if There was a
Political Movement that gave People money for the Members they Recruit?

All members would have to invest 100 dollars to Join for the party funds to Fund all the Conscripts that do hard work for the party.
And for flyers and ads for the Premium Members to sell.

To Become a Conscript, you Would have to of Recruited At least 4 Members and Would have to Sign to Agree to Stay in the Party

The 120 Dollars the Premium Members invest would Be Transferred up like this:

50$ > Party Funds.
30$ > Conscript/Representative Pay Check.
40$ > Leader and Cabinet Pay check.

The More Members Recruited the More Money Everyone Makes.
And it would be a Incentive to make the party larger.

A Few things Most Non-Shilling Movements do Wrong:

1: The Leader Gets Killed and Cause he did not Prepare his Movement for that Day it Crumbles!
2: They Get members But those Members are only a Number in the Party.
3: More Words then Action.

How to Stop Internal Corruption:
First Let's List some Sources of Internal Corruption:
1: Hidden Greedy/Evil Mentalities.
2: Glowies and Infiltrators.

How to Find out the Leader or Cabinet of the Party is Evil:
Check Transparency, Check their Wallets and Check for Inconsistencies! A Example of checking someone For Inconsistencies is: He is a Very Smart man But It seems as if he is making Dumb Decisions for the Party.

How to Stop or Minimize the Amount of Glowies and Infiltrators:
1: Pay Walls. (No Glowie or Infiltrator will Like to Pay a Movement they are trying to take down.)
2: Only a Certain Type of Person will be a Glowie or a Infiltrator. Have you Ever Noticed How Many Cops Look Similar? That is one example.
3: Check for Inconsistencies in the Behavior of the Members.
4: Have a Secret Police within the Movement.

Rather than trying to fight against potential infiltrators it's probably a better idea just to have all material be public and keep official organizations clean.

Having an official political party might not even be needed for the US. It's needed in Europe though.

I think political parties should be focused strictly on elections and then have everything else done outside that official party. You can have individuals have youtube channels or run media.

If you are making a movement to win elections you will get no where in Life.

I Use the word Political party as a Front for the People outside the movement to see.
it Would be a Cultural Movement rather then a Policy Movement.

Infiltrators are Like a Disease they can make the Body of the movement crumble from within. Similar to a Human Body you must keep your Body healthy and strong.
And Internal Movement Police and taking many Precautions Would Greatly Lower the Rate of Cancer!

There would actually have to be enough income available to support this system of recruitment. Premium content could be a good way to provide income but just paying people based on recruiting could become unsustainable.

This was just a Example of a Movement and how it could be structured. I did not go into detail but that is a good idea you explained.
